Layout
The executable files should be in bin/, and a parallel lib/ dir for
pull_header.pm. If you have an svn client handy, the simplest way
to fetch this tree “in-situ” is via:
% svn co https://vcs.sunstarsys.com/repos/svn/public/cms-sites/www.sunstarsys.com/trunk/content/essays/ezmlm
